1.History: The Youth Department of the Africa Inland Church Tanzania started in 1956 under the leadership of Pastor Daudi Malongo.
2. Vision Statement: Church Youth living holy life proclaiming the greatness and glory of God in their lives.
3. Mission Statement: Serving youth spiritually, mentally, physically, socially and economically in their respective localities.
4. Values: building good relationships, service, compassion, love, outreach, skillfulness, salvation

 Offers Level II Certificates in Electrical Installation, Welding and Metal Fabrication, Carpentry and Joinery, Motor Vehicle Mechanics
 Offers Short Courses in: Computer Application, Basic Driving Course

2. Safina Project
 Empowers young people through sunflower farming, processing and Marketing
 Operates a sunflower pressing mill
 Prepares natural medicine in collaboration with ANAMED Tanzania
 Promotes youths’ talents and arts
